Jorge Maio

I have a passion for photography since when I got a Pentax Spotmatic, as a celebration gift of my 16 years birthday, which I still have after decades.  In my youth I lived many white nights in the darkroom developing BeW negatives and enlarging photos. After a decade or so I began shooting slides and using medium format. Now I use digital cameras especially because of their comfort of use and general quality.

I strongly defend not manipulating images except for what I used to do in the darkroom.
